The online course is structured in multiple modules with pre-recorded videos, guided breathwork sessions and daily journaling assignments. Instructor Gwen Dittmar has a Masters in Spiritual Psychology and is a certified breathwork facilitator and Usui Reiki Master.
Before signing up for an online breathwork class, check that you have a good laptop or computer with a webcam and good wireless internet services. You’ll also want to make sure that you have a quiet space that is free from distractions. If you’re attending a live class, arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure that you can get connected and start your session on time. Lastly, if you are going to be taking the live class, please download Zoom beforehand (as opposed to using Google Hangouts).
